Behold! My latest make 😁 I have named her “Shirley” after my late Grandmother who was the most glamorous woman I’ve ever known.
This fabulous caftan was made using Simplicity 8505 , which is one of the vintage patterns that they are now re-printing.
It is the epitome of “old Hollywood glam” and I love it. I feel so fancy wearing it, lol
Fabric: A silky print from Joann
Modifications: I had to shorten it because I wanted the pattern on the fabric to be placed a certain way and there just wasn’t enough fabric to make it longer
